As a Physical Therapist, my passion is Movement. Healthy, vital people move and there is a bottom up effect where the quality of bodily motion affects the mind in a positive or negative way. A body moving with ease imprints positive feedback to the brain, while a body moving in pain affects the brain with negative perceptions so a feedback loop of pain and suffering is established and perpetuated.
