 Blending science and wellness

The world has changed and stress, anxiety and pain seem to hold dominance over our thoughts and daily lives,  creating havoc with our mental health and physical wellbeing.

 

WOW has been created and developed into a unique, scientifically-based workshop series by combining years of clinical practice in physical therapy, with an understanding of complimentary therapies and the neurological affect these have on stress and pain  management.

This is much more than a wellness program - it is a educational and treatment strategy designed for anyone looking to improve their life and find the way to stress and pain free living.
