LOUISE TRENT

Founder/Director of Way of Wellness.

Louise has over 29 years experience as a practising Physiotherapist in Australia and USA, is a Certified Orthopedic Manual Therapist, certified personal trainer and fitness instructor with a degree in Human Movement Studies. 

 

As a corporate and community presenter on stress and pain management, Louise has combined her science background and clinical knowledge with complimentary therapies to create a unique workshop series.

Neuroscience education about the “Brain on Pain", mental and remedial movement strategies and Cognitive Behavioral techniques are explained simply and clearly.  WOW workshops are created for everyday people and offer understanding and tools to cope with stress and pain management.
